1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Velvet Harbor View for consulting, or accessing our proprietary supplier network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services are provided strictly B2B.
2. Nature of Services
We provide structural consulting, operational guidance, and business introductions. We do not guarantee financial success, sales volume, or specific profit margins. E-commerce involves inherent market risks.
3. Supplier Network Confidentiality
Access to our verified supplier network is proprietary. Clients are prohibited from reselling, publishing, or sharing supplier contact information, negotiated rates, or internal SLAs with third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
Velvet Harbor View acts as an advisor. The final execution, legal compliance (including correct tax emission), and operational management of the e-commerce business remain the sole responsibility of the client's corporate entity.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the judicial district of São Paulo, SP.
